Everything is close by. Restaurants, grocery store, stores, food stalls. It is definitely a busy street. If you don’t wear earplugs don’t choose the front room. Lots to see and do. Communication was excellent!

Great apartment. Spacious and clean with great facilities.
Location was very good for us, as the ADO bus station was a short walk away.
Communication from the host was excellent, giving all the information we needed when we needed it.

Stay was awesome! Excellent communication with fast response from the great host. Location is very centralized, walking distance to all activities and restaurants in the downtown area. Short uber/bus ride to hotel zone and Puerto Juarez for ferry to Isla Mujeres if interested in that! Enjoyed our stay would stay here again!

We were in Cancun to attend a friend's wedding at a resort, and wanted to stay off-resort for a different experience. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay at Carla & Sebastián's place! They were responsive, clear, and everything about our stay was seamless. The space was gorgeous and clean, and the rooftop was great for a soak in the pool or relaxing in the hammocks - awesome spot to watch the sunset over the city! It was also in the perfect location for delicious food and drinks, and walkable to many things to do. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Cancun ❤️

PERFECTO!!! el mejor alojamiento de Cancún … el lugar en ubicación es ideal, el apartamento es impecable, cómodo, organizado, te sientes en casa pero una de lujo ;), los host son super amables, proactivos, propositivos la verdad muy organizados no tengo un solo pero la mejor estadía. Can't say enough good things, about this stay.
If you're someone who's looking for a safe place to stay, they have 24hrs security.
If you're looking for food, there's a lot of restaurants around.
If you want a view, the balcony is amazing. Best part, you get to see the sunrise, and during the golden hour of sunset, you get some shade, to avoid to blaring heat.
It's close to the airport, close to the port to Isle Mujeres, has convenient stores close. There's no better option.
And the place was immaculate. Big large windows for some sunlight and view. 3 A/C units, 2 bathrooms. I can't say enough good things about it.
And the hosts, incredible. You have a question? They have an answer. So responsive, so kind. They were overall, incredible.
If you're staying in Cancun, book this place. Trust me!

We truly
Loved our stay at this super perfect place! The view never stops and tho it’s loud outside on weekends with all the bars and nightlife, the minute you slide the doors closed it’s quiet and peaceful to no end. Great kitchen, pool views for days and awesome co working spot rooftop. Loved the safe and fancy lobby, laundry and dog washing room was a cool touch. Sad we left the pooch. We would stay here again in a second and would recommend it endlessly. Thank you!!! Hope to visit again someday!

We were here initially for a dental vacation , so access to to the dentist and ability to acquire and cook food and get lots of bottled water without having to carry it super far , so the area was good for those things. Everyone employed at the building were authenticity friendly and helpful. Shout out to Omar in security for doing all he could to help us even though he did not speak English and our phones were not working ( thumbs down to Verizon!) The host was very thoughtful in all of the items he provided for us like shampoo, gauze pads, some condiments, a first aid kit. You felt like they really thought about one’s comfort. The bed was exceptional.. tempurpedic level quality and great pillows. One little drawback was the dance club across the street could get super, bouncing loud starting at 10pm and lasted a few hours— but not the hosts fault- just fair warning. I would highly recommend this place got a dental or medical vacation.😃
