Carla y Sebastian were absolutely great hosts! They responded immediately to every communication. The place was very clean. The apartment complex felt extremely safe and the surrounding area felt very safe to walk around. Lots of restaurants in the area that were really good!

Daire gayet temiz ve yeterliydi. Muhitte bir çok restoran ve kafe mevcut. Otoparkta dairenin belirli bir yeri olması çok büyük avantaj. Ev sahipleri çok ilgili. Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama geçirdik.

This was a great experience! The rooftop area y great to get tanned and the balcony is nice, there is music blasting from the bar nearby mostly salsa. So if you love the vibe it’s a great place to stay!

Statin here was an absolute pleasure. I love this building because it’s close to everything (restaurants, Beaches, Supermarkets, cafes) and I really enjoy the staff! Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. The rooftop is amazing to just relax on or catch the sunrise/sunset. The unit itself is spacious and the BED is huge. I slept really well. I will return! Also, very remote work friendly for those of you looking for strong WiFi.

Alles Top. Sehr gepflegt & sauber. Haben uns sofort sicher & wohl gefühlt. Für die laute Musik am Spätabend aus der Nachbarschaft einfach Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Das ist wirklich kein großes Problem. Schöner Balkon mit täglich wunderbarem Sonnenaufgang.

Great building and beautiful apartment. Looks just like the pictures, and very clean. Close to many restaurants, grocery store, Walmart and Puerto Cancún. Hosts were very attentive. Highly recommended. I will be back in December.

Clean and spacious place as advertised, felt right at home our entire stay. The hosts are responsive and proactive and quick for any replacements of included essentials (TP, soap etc). We stayed for 3 weeks and would highly recommend for anyone on a long stay. Front desk and security staff were great, parkade was a great bonus to have vs street parking. In building free laundry machines made things very easy for us as well. Location is great off to the side of a main road, 1-10 minute access to anything important like groceries, Plaza Las Americas mall, and the main access road to the hotel zone if you wanted to pop out there. Great restaurants and a convenient oxxo nearby. Highly recommend Tomizen ramen as well as the taco stands at the nextdoor market that are buzzing all day. The bar across the street is admittedly noticeable especially on weekends as they blast music but any apartment within a couple blocks would hear. We got used to it quickly but are heavy sleepers.

Me encanto sin duda vuelvo a quedarme aquí, acceso super fácil un lugar super tranquilo tiene un roofgarden espectacular y estacionamiento seguro para tu auto, la basura super fácil se desecha y en una ubicación céntrica cerca de playas.
