Great host! Very responsive. Hotel zone is only 10-15 minutes away during the day when it’s busy so traveling there was convenient. The place itself was very clean and the pool view at sunrise was amazing.

I am so grateful I chose to book this space for a relatively long stay, the bed was comfortable, the view of the trees was a pleasant way to balance being in town, and the building was fantastic. 10/10 thank you

If you’re staying in Cancun, this is the perfect spot. The accommodation is beautiful and the location is perfect. Restaurants, bars, markets, local parks, street food.. all at your doorstep. We rarely had to get a taxi unless going to hotel zone or for an excursion. The apartment itself self is easy to find, modern with good security. We were on the 6th floor so the view was beautiful every morning and sunset. The host is so friendly and respond so quickly when we needed anything. The nightlife can be heard from the room but it didn’t bother us! Kinda embraced the México vibe but something to consider if you have little ones. A pair of ear muffs would do the trick.

We loved the location of the apartment. Smack dab in the center of Cancun, super close to the main strip close to lots of restaurants and Parque las Palapas, about a 5 minute walk. Also just a short 10 minute walk the other way to Plaza las Americas. Keys were super easy to collect via lockbox which made for a smooth self check in. The apartment itself is brand new and well decorated with modern amenities. In the building lobby there is a 24 hours concierge and they also have nighttime security on site which made us feel very safe and secure. Very comfy bed, a cozy couch and a great TV to enjoy during your downtime. The staff were also very communicative and thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall a great stay! The shower in the bathroom was a touch small but just a minor detail.

El departamento está excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, cuidado y en muy buen estado. Se nota que le dan mantenimiento y que se preocupan por que los huéspedes estén cómodos. Las instalaciones valen totalmente la pena y hacen que la estancia sea muy agradable. Además, la ubicación es muy buena, hay muchos lugares para comer a solo unos pasos, lo cual lo hace todavía más práctico. Sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí.

I’ve stayed in many places in Cancún, and this has been my favorite so far. The location is great if you want to really feel the atmosphere of the area you’re visiting. There are cafés and restaurants nearby, and even a place for dancing just across the road. It can be a bit lively at times, which may not suit everyone, but it was exactly the kind of environment I was looking for. The rooftop pool and gym are beautiful, and overall the people in the building and staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Super recomendable !!! Es muy cómodo y acogedor el depa , las amenidades son muy buenas ; el depa limpio y muy cómodo , tiene todo lo necesario , la ubicación es muy buena todo cerca y la zona segura . Sin duda nos hospedaremos nuevamente ahí.

todo muy bien. desde la llegada con instrucciones claras para el ingreso. solo se me hizo raro el check in a las 17 horas se me hace que podría ser un poco más temprano, pero se acomodó a mis tiempos. hay lugares para desayunar, comer y por las noches hay un lugar para pasarla agusto sin necesidad de manejar, está a unos pasos. genial!!!
